Embossing Seals
What are Your Embossers?
Our embossers consists of an all-metal press, a pair of metal jaws, and a die and counter. The jaws house the die and counter which are squeezed together to emboss your design into paper. Most of our embossers and their designs are circular, however we occasionly produce rectangular versions as well. We have broken up some of their applications into categories listed to the left to help inspire you!

Submitting Artwork to Embossingseals.net
If you wish to use your own custom design for your embossing seal please consider the following:
Artwork can be submitted as an attachment through the email address on our Contact Us Page.
Remember that a seal is small, with a max diameter of 2 inches, so a simple design will yield the best results.
Artwork MUST be black and white only (that means 100% contrast with no gradients). Embossingseals.net can convert color artowrk for a fee if necessary.
For best quality a vector format file is most suitable such as an EPS format file or an Illustrator AI vector format file.
If a vector file is not possible and you wish to submit a bitmap format file, such as a JPEG image or a GIF image, please keep in mind that the quality of the seal's impression will look exactly the same as the quality of the original graphic.
Depending on certain situations you may need to be charged a minimum of $20.00 for any complications when dealing with custom artwork. Any artwork charge beyond the $20.00 set-up fee is based on time taken to prepare the artwork for production of the seal.
Please feel free to use our Contact Us Page for a free quote or consultation. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have about the above specifications.
